What additional costs do holiday properties have?
Calculate and recalculate ancillary costs correctly

As a landlord, you therefore need to calculate carefully so that you don't end up paying extra for consumption costs at the end of the year. After all, for many holiday guests, carefree use of water, heating and electricity is part of a relaxing holiday. In addition, WLAN, television and radio are usually a matter of course in holiday homes today.
